ADAS Subroutine ghnlv

       SUBROUTINE GHNLV(Z0,Z1,ZEFF,N,L,N1,NL2,TEV,GAMA,GAMTOT)

C  PURPOSE: EVALUATES APPROXIMATE EXCITATION RATE PARAMETERS, GAMMA,
