C THE CORRECTION FACTORS USED IN THE GENERAL PROGRAM
C ARE OBTAINED BY ADJUSTMENT OF STANDARD SETS FOR SPECIFIC TYPES OF
C TRANSITION. THE ADJUSTMENT IS
